Credit Consumption Table

Effective: September 30th, 2024

The CRED Platform, or otherwise the CRED Services, is provided as a software-as-a-service solution ("CRED," "we," "us," "our") that operates using a credit-based system for accessing features and services. Credits may be purchased upfront, through monthly top-ups, or on an ad-hoc basis. The Credits serve as the unit of value for service consumption, and all actions or features consumed by the Customer ("you," "your") will deduct Credits from your account, as described in, and subject to the terms of the Master Service Agreement (MSA) (www.credplatform.com/msa) and Terms of Service (ToS) (www.credplatform.com/terms-of-service) as applicable.

Data Availability and Refresh Cycle

The data or features accessed using Credits will remain available to all Authorized Users of the Customer for a period of 90 days from the initial use of the Credits. After this 90-day period, the data will need to be refreshed to ensure it remains up-to-date, relevant, and actionable. After the 90-day window, additional Credits must be consumed to refresh the data or re-surface the features initially accessed. CRED may, at its discretion and without obligation, seek to reduce the cost to its customers of refreshing data, subject to third-party costs incurred in the acquisition and processing of such data. The CRED Platform may, subject to user preferences, notify users when their accessed data is approaching the 90-day refresh window, allowing ample time to plan for a refresh to maintain continuity of data accuracy and utility.

Base Company Enrichment: Enrich company profiles with detailed data such as financial reports, industry classifications, leadership teams, and key performance indicators, and up to 7 customizable fields. This feature seamlessly pushes enriched data to your CRM or Excel, and enables you to gather a comprehensive understanding of companies for more strategic decision-making.


Base Person Enrichment: Enrich contact profiles by aggregating data from various public and proprietary sources, including employment history and social media profiles, with the ability to automatically update selected attribute fields (up to 7 fields) in your CRM or Data Warehouse. This feature is essential for keeping your CRM updated with accurate, real-time data, improving your outreach effectiveness and personalization.


Contact Waterfall: Leverage a multi-vendor approach to retrieve verified contact details, including email addresses, phone numbers, and other key information for business professionals. This feature ensures access to accurate, up-to-date data from a variety of trusted sources, helping users target hard-to-reach prospects and decision-makers. By enriching your CRM with high-quality, verified contact information, you can improve outreach effectiveness and better engage key individuals in your campaigns.


AI Email: Leverage AI-powered email generation to craft highly personalized emails for outreach, tailored to each recipient based on available data. AI-assisted generation of a single email simplifies and accelerates your email campaigns while increasing engagement.


Story Generation: Automatically generate data-driven narratives using AI. This feature allows users to create reports and insights based on collected data, ideal for generating client updates, reports, or internal summaries. Create AI-generated talking points for campaigns to streamline messaging.


Daily Digest: Receive a daily personalized report summarizing relevant updates such as company news, changes in key metrics, and updates on tracked contacts and companies. Receive AI-generated news summaries on selected companies to stay informed without manual searches.


Personalized Alert: Set custom alerts to notify users of significant updates related to tracked contacts or companies, such as news, funding rounds, executive changes, or financial events. Custom notifications on changes at target companies ensures timely responses to important and actionable developments.

All features and functionalities of the CRED Platform not specifically mentioned in the Credit Consumption Table above are available to all users under their respective CRED Plans without incurring incremental credit charges. This includes, but is not limited to, features related to user management, basic reporting, and standard data interactions. All features, functionalities, and consumption charges are subject to CRED’s fair use standards and policies as outlined in the Terms of Service and the Master Service Agreement. These documents, available on CRED’s website (www.credplatform.com), may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
